When you submit an inquiry, project request, or callback request, we may collect your name, email, phone number, company, country, preferred contact schedule, and details you choose to provide about your business needs. We may also receive limited technical and anti-abuse data when you visit or submit forms, including information processed by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to requests, evaluate possible engagements, communicate about consulting services you request, maintain records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use inquiry details to send newsletters unless you separately opt in to a future mailing service.
Legal bases and rights
Depending on your location and the activity, processing may rely on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests where legally available, or legal obligations. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you may have rights to be informed, access, object, correction, erasure or blocking, damages, and data portability as applicable. Service providers and international transfers
Information submitted through the website may be processed using Cloudflare services and Google services, including Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. These providers may process or store data in countries outside your own. Appropriate safeguards and contractual terms should be assessed before production use.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and any applicable legal requirements. We use access controls and anti-abuse checks, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. A documented retention schedule and deletion process should be established before launch.

To request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is handled, email addrian.nicolas@addriannicolas.com. Philippine residents may also contact the National Privacy Commission if applicable. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
